Birth Support

As your birth doula, my role is to find out what is most important to you as you prepare for and experience birth, provide evidence-based information about interventions and options you have, and help you advocate for what you want, while supporting you both psychically and emotionally. My goal is to help you be involved in the decision-making process throughout your pregnancy and birth; to give you the tools necessary to make informed decisions. While I cannot guarantee an outcome to your birth, I hope that in being there for you during birth and preparing you before, your birth experience will be positive and empowering.

Birth Doula Package

Investment: $1,000

Package Includes:

  • 30-minute free consultation

  • Minimum of 2 in-person prenatal visits

  • On-call 24/7 starting two weeks prior to due date

  • Unlimited labor support

  • 1 postpartum visit

  • Childbirth education class

Birth support can include:

  • Learning/practicing pain management techniques for labor

  • Advocacy during you pregnancy, labor, and postpartum

  • Text/phone/email support

  • Information on common interventions/procedures during birth/postpartum

  • Creating a birth plan

  • Basic postpartum care (light housekeeping, breastfeeding support, newborn care, emotion processing of birth)

Postpartum Support

As your postpartum doula, I hope to make it easier to navigate the information there is on the postpartum period. Recently, with the increase in use of social media, moms are sharing more about their experiences. The transparency is a relief for many who thought they were alone in the way they felt, but it also adds confusion. Now there is so much information about how you should or should not raise your children, many of it conflicting. I will be there to help guide you through all this information-build your confidence in the choices you make for your family, and support you as your grow as a mom.

Postpartum Doula Package

Package Includes:

  • 30-minute free consultation

  • At least 1 meeting during pregnancy (if applicable) or after consultation to create a postpartum plan

  • Customized number of hours and days of care

Virtual postpartum care available upon request.

We will discuss what is important to you during your postpartum experience and create a plan that meets your needs. Examples of what can be included in postpartum visits:

  • Text/phone/email support

  • Learning how your partner can best support you

  • Evidence-based information on newborn care, sleep, feeding, bathing

  • Breastfeeding support

  • Ability to rest/bond with family

  • Light housework

  • Basic meal prep

  • Finding local resources

  • Accompaniment to appointments/errands

  • Village Building
